After our last rental was sold out from under us, we were forced to move to an urban location in Innisfail. This property is not suitable to our work and we have been trying to get out of here since Nov 2023. Our work is expanding which is creating more pressure to find a suitable place. In addition to the space we need to do our usual work, we are now involved in the country's first formal investigation into why QLD frogs are getting cancer. The second is that we have been approved as a placement site for students studying veterinary medicine at Sydney univ. This house is very cramped, has flooded multiple times, and we need more space. There are rentals about but agents are asking way too much for them. We need to rent directly from a homeowner OR we need someone looking to buy who can rent to us long-term/permanently. Remember homeowners - we are not commercial so there are no signs out front and few visitors. We are attentive, caring tenants. Do you know anyone who is cashed up and cares about the environment?
