After our last rental was sold out from under us, we were forced to move to an urban location in Innisfail. This property is not suitable to our work and we have been trying to get out of here since Nov 2023. Our work is expanding which is creating more pressure to find a suitable place - but there are numerous problems with this property. This house is very cramped, has flooded multiple times, has a roof leak that can't be repaired, has been broken into, and is causing life-threatening respiratory problems for our live-in volunteer. Rental agents are asking grossly excessive amounts for properties. We need to rent directly from a homeowner OR we need someone looking to buy a low-cost property who can rent to us long-term. Remember homeowners - we are not commercial so there are no signs out front and few visitors. We are attentive, caring tenants and we have normally improved the properties we have rented at our own expense. Do you know anyone who is cashed up and cares about the environment?
